妙見

(妙見, 妙见)

The beautiful sight, i.e. Ursa Major, or the Bodhisattva who rules there, styled [lang id =1028]妙見大士 (or [lang id =1028]妙見菩薩), though some say Śākyamuni, others Guanyin, others [lang id =1028]藥師 Bhaiṣajya, others the seven Buddhas. His image is that of a youth in golden armour.
